When you’re not saving phones, what’s your go-to hobby or weekend adventure?

Hassib: When I’m not fixing phones, I love staying active and getting outdoors. I hit the gym regularly, enjoy a good swim at the beach, and when I get the chance, I go fishing. There’s nothing better than being out on the water, waiting for that perfect catch—it’s a great way to unwind and reset before another busy week!

What’s the most unusual or memorable phone repair you’ve ever done at SOS?

Buntha: Over the years, we’ve seen some wild repair jobs, from phones that have taken a dive in the ocean to ones that have been run over by cars. One of the most memorable was a customer who brought in a phone that had been partially melted by a campfire! Surprisingly, we were able to salvage their data and get them up and running again. It’s moments like these that remind us how important technology is in people’s lives.

Buntha: Treat your phone like a car—regular maintenance and care can keep it running smoothly for years.
