Went in to get a protective screen on , lovely lady served me very quickly. Took 5 mins and put it on my phone for me. My husband also got his battery replaced on his iPhone yesterday - did it within 30 mins and at a great price. Would recommend :)

Highly recommend these guys. They were honest and helped me with my phone. Took them 10 seconds and he didn’t charge me. The other phone doctor company based at park beach plaza tried to charge me $180 for the same issue.

Excellent service as always! Come here for screen protectors, replacement screens (they have a cutter, can do almost any phone type), and general advice. Friendly and quick service.Today they cleaned out the charge port for my Huawei, and the head phone socket, and didn't charge me a cent! Fantastic service, can't recommend it enough.

I have dropped my phone so many times in a year and my screen needs replacing but since I had it replaced here has not cracked one bit. No scratches or anything. I have had my screen replaced on my phone a lot of times and they end up breaking again but ever since I first got my phone replaced here it has not even cracked once. I noticed this screen is different then other screens I’ve had I love it so much I will be getting my next phone screen replaced here definitely

Lived with a dodgy charger port for months. Finally figured I'll get it checked out. Less than 5 minutes the gentleman in store had cleaned the connector pins in the charger port and now works perfectly!.Also their hydrogel screen protectors are the best on the market

iPhone was fine when I went to bed and put it on a charger but in the morning would not turn on. Tried every charger, including wireless and nothing. Lived the longest day of my life without my phone. The next day SOS got it working again. SAVIOUR! Go nowhere else.

These guys are amazing! Fairly priced, in fact, i was not charged anything as these absolute legends fix my sons phone through skill and nouse alone. Honestly, i have never experienced service this professional from a phone repair place before ( I've broken a few phones). Good communication, they let me know the progress every step. Dodge the dodgys, sos is the only shop you should trust with your device.

I had my Iphone submerged late Saturday when all repair shops were closed (lucky me). I found SOS Phone Repairs on Google, brought my Iphone on Sunday morning and they did some magic on it! Everything working but the face recognition - which I could not care less since I have my life in this phone and haven’t backed up in quiet a while.Phone had a lot of water in it, they spent 4hrs on it to make it work again, and in the end they refused to charge anything. They explained it is unpredictable how long the phone will last. I found it unfair but they did not accept any payment.I was traveling so at the moment I can say I have my backup done, was able to Google maps my way home listening to music. They got a costumer for life.

Went into SOS phone repairs today, as my phone screen was in pieces and non responsive.needed it for work for the day and they manage to place the screen and battery and put a screensaver on in under 45 minutes. I noticed a small bubble in the screen saver after walking out the store, I Immediately walked back in to get it fixed and they replaced it , no questions asked . Very impressed with the work and customer service throughout my encounter today. well done to the team at SOS phone repairs.👍

My Partners phone was not charging and he went to another phone shop that advised it would be $200 to fix, i always use SOS so i grabbed it and went there the lovely guy advised it was full of dust and dirt as he is a tradie he cleaned it out and didn't charge me a thing! Great service and didn't try to rip us off like the other shop! will never go anywhere else!

Brought my wife’s iPhone in to replace a screen and repair the home button but apparently there is an issue with the phone’s main board so they could not fix the problem.But what I really liked about my experience here is that, they offered an alternative solution which they didn’t need to. I’m impressed!Good customer service. Highly recommend.

My phone hasn’t been charging properly. Quoted $120 for the charging component to be replaced at the plaza or $30 to look at the component and have it cleaned. SOS, quoted $80 so I headed over. I was more than happy to pay the $80 but the friendly staff member took a look and gave it a clean and said there wasn’t a problem, no replacement needed and no charge for the clean. Friendly and genuine customer service. Thank you so much.

Went into SOS phone repairs today as my phone wasn’t charging properly. They advised me it was full of dirt and dust as I’m a plumber and constantly climbing under houses.The nice man cleaned it out for me and then when I tried to pay for it he said all good that’s on the house.I’ve always used SOS for my phone repairs.
